Since we started from scratch and had to work quickly, we needed to get our priorities straight. First, I created a logo to have something to work with, but later we decided to keep it as the official logo. The brand book and the design system were created after the completion of the MVP, alongside my remarkable colleague Ognjen Ćirović .
We agreed that I should work on the admin panel while other designer worked on front-end themes. I had huge help from the Project Leader on creating the first flow for the admin panel. I strived to design a user-friendly interface as a person who did not work in a similar environment. For the MVP there wasn't enough time to improve the established and well-known user experience from similar systems, but I did my best to improve UI.
My colleague created a lot of front-end themes but the Project Leader also wanted me to give it a try, as I might have a different approach to this and look at things from my point of view. I was able to create one theme before our cooperation was over, but I also designed a presentation website with Ognjen. It was a blast working with him on the same thing, because we have somewhat different styles.
